Bedale Sports Club and Community Centre is appealing for community support following two devastating break-ins in May. Thieves stole essential grounds maintenance equipment, including a compact tractor with grass mower, and severely damaged a triple mower. Quiz Results

The annual Bedale Sports Club and Community Centre inter-club sports quiz was won for the third year in succession by the Bedale Tennis Club. Organised by association chairman Martyn Coombs, the quiz runs over 5 Friday evenings and this year was the closest finish ever with three teams in the running to win, going into the last round. The tennis team won with a score of 813 points closely followed by the Bedale Cricket Club on 799 points and the Bedale and Aiskew Runners on 771 points. The B...
